The Cremosito del Zújar in its large format of 1 Kg (approx.) is a jewel of Extremadura cheese-making. It is a sheep Torta made with the finest raw Merina Sheep's milk and a coagulation process using natural vegetable rennet (wild thistle flower).

Its main characteristic is its very soft, melting, almost liquefied texture, ideal for spreading. Its flavour is intense, slightly lactic, with a light and pleasant final bitterness, typical of vegetable rennet.
