Our Acorn-Fed Ham 50% Iberian (Red Label) is a sublime piece that represents the perfect cross between a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc father. This animal is fed on acorns and grasses, and raised in total freedom on our pastureland (dehesa) during the montanera season.
The result is a piece with a soft and exceptional flavour, characterized by a brilliant cherry red color and delicate, fine fat marbling. The key to its excellence lies in the natural curing, which extends between 42 and 54 months. This long process provides the ham with an unparalleled aromatic intensity and bouquet, making it one of the best pieces from our drying facility.
