The Iberian Cebo Campo Ham 50% Iberian Breed sliced is the most convenient way to enjoy the superior quality provided by semi-free range rearing. Each 100-gram pack contains slices perfectly machine-cut and vacuum-packed to preserve the essence of its flavour.
This ham comes from Iberian pigs raised extensively on our pasturelands (dehesas), where they are fed feed, cereals, and natural field resources. This mixed diet and physical exercise in freedom give its meat a more powerful fat infiltration and complex flavour than traditional cebo.
The piece has gone through a process of slow, natural curing of 36 to 48 months, ensuring that all the nuances of its flavour are fully developed.
