This Acorn-Fed Loin 100% Iberian Breed is one of our star products and a unique piece in its category. It comes from the loin area of pure Iberian pigs, raised in total freedom on our pastureland (dehesa) and fed exclusively on acorns and natural grasses.
Its excellent quality, combined with the slow 3-month curing process, results in a brownish cut dominated by the exquisite marbling (fat veins) characteristic of the acorn diet. The result is an intense, aromatic flavor and a texture that melts in the mouth.
